Now in the video they speak of seeing a naked being on the volcano. He climbs in minutes the same area it takes hikers to climb in hours. Already this being shows signs of being a genetically superior being with its speed, agility, and ability to resist cold. In the video they make an easy mistake, by saying the being was looking for some minerals or something of value on the surface, pushed up by the volcanos magma. No, that is thinking like a human. These beings are superior in every way and have no need for trinkets they find on the surface. The true reason is much more one with nature...or the universe for that matter.
You see, aliens follow rule better than humans. They follow them very well, however there are exceptions they make to their own rules to respect the cultural differences each species has. For instance, indians in America can petition the US govt to be allowed to get a permit to kill a single bald eagle. This eagle is important in their culture for its feathers. That is rare, but must be allowed in order to respect individual tribes and their cultures. Aliens are this way. They allow a rare exception to the rules when a species requires it for their rituals. Any alien seen on the mountain would most likely be participation in a ritual of some sort. Many cultures are required to be below the blue sky in order for their prayers, or meditation to be heard. Individual aliens have been seen on the mountain off and on over the years, but usually alone. Why? Because their ritual requires it. However, when they notice that humans have seen them, they must vacate the area and return to base. SCW

Ο κ. καθηγητής πρέπει να γνωρίζει:
-Αν οι εξωγήινοι υπάρχουν ή όχι δεν εξαρτάται
από κανενός την γνώμη, αλλά από τα γεγονότα
και τις αποδείξεις.
-Το αν θα αποκαλύψουν ή όχι δημοσίως την
παρουσία τους στον πλανήτη μας έχει να κάνει
αφ' ενός με τις δικές τους προθέσεις, αλλά
εξαρτάται και από την θέληση τών ανθρώπων
με τους οποίους συνεργάζονται.
-Είναι ευνόητο οτι διαθέτουν την τεχνολογία
για να περνούν απαρατήρητοι για τους μη
υποψιασμένους.
Ο κ. καθηγητής πρέπει επίσης να έχει υπ' όψιν
του πως υπάρχουν "συνάδελφοί" του καθηγητές
και γενικώς επιστήμονες, τεχνικοί και άλλοι
παράγοντες αναγνωρισμένου κύρους, οι οποίοι
έχουν μιλήσει ανοιχτά για την ύπαρξη εξωγήινων
στη Γή και έχουν στηρίξει τη μαρτυρία τους με
στοιχεία που πολύ δύσκολα μπορούν να τεθούν
σε αμφισβήτηση. Πολλοί από αυτούς ήταν
πρόσωπα άμεσα εμπλεκόμενα με την δράση των
"επισκεπτών"!
Τέλος, πρέπει όλοι να έχουν στο μυαλό τους, οτι

αυτό που μετράει είναι η ΓΝΩΣΗ του θέματος.

Charles Hall and the Tall White aliens, physical description and characteristics
Retired airman Charles Hall worked on Nellis AFB in Nevada in 1967 with an extraterrestrial race called "Tall Whites." These alien beings lived and worked on United States Air force (USAF) property, in cooperation and sharing information with the USAF.
Former airman Charles Hall tells of his work with Tall White aliens in 1976 at the gunnery range at Indian Springs Nevada. At first Hall was scared out of skin.

Hall has written a trilogy of his interaction with Tall Whites entitled, "Millenial Hospitality,” describing encounters with a race of human-like extraterrestrials during a two year duty assignment from 1965 to 1967 at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.
Paola Leopizzi Harris, photojournalist and investigative reporter, interviewed Hall, as did the reporters on Australian TV in the VIDEO below.
Hall believes the Tall Whites are the only aliens on the base. He is quite certain that the Tall Whites and Greys dislike each other and says Tall Whites would not permit Greys anywhere near their housing or where their children might be playing. The Tall Whites live underground in the mountains of Area 53. Areas 53 and 54 and western parts of the Desert Southwest Game Range are known as "Dreamland."
According to Hall, the Tall Whites, physically more fragile than humans, are envious of our ability to mentally multi-task, being unable to concentrate more than one thing at a time. They can hear higher frequency sounds than humans, with hearing at least equal to that of a dog. Their vocal cords can a make sounds too high for human ears. When several of them would come to Hall’s location, they could talk among themselves using sounds he could not hear, giving the impression of telepathic communication.
They can read a human's mind only if they are wearing one their electronic communication devices. Hall says it frequently happened that Tall Whites would come to his location without their devices. On those occasions, if none of them could speak English, the only way they could communicate was by using hand signals, like pointing and gesturing.
Hall once asked a Tall White known as “Teacher, ”Are there many planets like the Earth out in space?"
The response:
"There are quite a few. However, humans are the only people that we have seen who live so closely with their animals. For example, you feel comfortable milking cows, riding horses, and playing with dogs. Every one of those animals could kill you, but you naturally use your intelligence to determine how each of those animals is thinking. Then you naturally take control of them. Only humans do that. On most planets, once people become intelligent, they don't want to have anything to do with the animals that are much less intelligent then they are, so they kill them off. Also, humans will eat almost anything. On all of the other planets, the intelligent people will only eat plants. We, for example, only eat plants."
Hall is certain the Tall Whites have agreements with the highest levels in the US government. He says the Tall Whites were only willing to exchange technology with the USAF if it was to their advantage to do so, and would exchange information relating to medicine, food, clothing, electronics, nuclear reactors, creating better metals, ceramics, and plastics, and scientific details about our solar system and nearby solar systems. They would not, however, exchange technological secrets relating to anti-gravity drive, travelling faster than the speed of light, or forms of advanced weaponry.
Hall never saw anything that lead him to believe that the Tall White aliens are supernatural, that they seeded our planet or that they want to create hybrids. He did observe craft that routinely travelled faster than the speed of light.
The Tall Whites consider the earth to be “a cold and desolate wilderness."

After that, President Eisenhower met with a group of aliens commonly known as the Nordics, who are similar enough to terrestrial humans to move among us almost completely unnoticed. They offered us a place in the universal brotherhood of enlightenment if we were willing to disarm ourselves of nuclear weapon. Unfortunately, both we and the Soviet Union, who were also facing this offer, decided to hold on to the nukes.”
The President went on to explain that, since then, a variety of alien groups have established secret programs to work around the resistance by world governments to abandoning nuclear weapons and the threat of multi-dimensional devastation they pose.
“Aliens have been around for a long time, and not all of them travel by spaceship,” President Obama explained, “They can manipulate time and space, which are both important and strongly-interconnected properties of reality, but not the only ones. One result of that manipulation is anti-gravity faster-than-light propulsion. Another result is a form of control over the kinds of trans-dimensional perception most commonly known as remote viewing, telepathy, astral travel, bi-location, or any of a large number of other names.”
Nodding to himself, the President paused to take a long look at the apprehensive faces filling the silent room.
“The point is,” he continued, “aliens have controlled our governments for the past sixty years and…”
At that point, President Obama lifted his hand to cover what, at first, seemed to be a cough.
“Sorry, I just couldn’t help myself,” the President said, wiping a tear out of the corner of his eye after he’d finished laughing, “I’m just kidding about the aliens running our government. No, we human beings are responsible for the terrible mess we’re in and we’re just going to have to get ourselves out of it, all by ourselves.”
