A CONSTITUTION OF EUROPE

What is the purpose, who defines a constitution? What is Europe? As long as the previous terms are blurred, then WE DO NOT WANT A "EUROPEAN CONSTITUTION", we will never accept another chain on the people of Europe. Listen to this: such an attempt in any European parliament would be fought to death, we don't want a 4th reich disguised with a democratic mask!
